There are two easy ways to get your order details online by visiting Track Order.

Check Order to view the status details of a single order by entering your order number, e-mail and billing zip code.
OR
Sign in to your account to review the complete details of all your Bellafontes orders.

We send order confirmation e-mails within 30 minutes of placement and shipment confirmation e-mails daily.
If you didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation please double check your email
spam/junk folder or use the online methods above.

To ensure you receive all your important e-mails from us, please add bellafontes.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Be quick to cancel your order — To ensure that you receive your order as quickly
as possible there is only a short time period after an order is placed to attempt a cancellation.
Please call us at 1-800-236-9021 and if your order hasn’t been processed we will cancel it.

If we are unable to cancel your order, once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 United States, Military (AA, AE, AP) addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
and Canada.

Prices listed on the website are in US dollars and will be charged in US dollars for all orders placed.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept a wide range of credit and debit payment types including:

American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Debit Cards
PayPal and PayPal Credit
We do not accept: Checks, CODs or layaway plans
My order wasn’t accepted, but there’s a charge on my account.
When will this charge be credited to me?

Each time the order submit is clicked a pre-authorization transaction is processed.
We have already submitted a reversal transaction.
If you continue to see a pre-authorization transaction on your account, this hold will drop off from your account according to the payment method policy.

A credit card pre-authorization will generally drop off within 5-7 business days. Please contact your credit card company to find out exactly when the hold will be released.

If you used PayPal the pre-transaction notification will drop off your PayPal account within 30 days. You can contact PayPal to find out exactly when the pending transaction will drop off.

Why hasn’t my package arrived yet?

Delivery time of purchased items depend on your chosen shipping method. A tracking number will be assigned once your order is ready to ship.

Check Track Order to see all your order status’ and tracking details, including expected delivery date.
Tracking information may not be initiated for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

What should I do if I think my package is lost?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However if your tracking number shows delivery,
here are some tips:

If delivery was by USPS or Canada Post, contact your local Post Office to ask for carrier assistance
where the package may have been left.

Ask family, neighbors or property managers if the package was left with them.
Check porches, gates and doorways.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please call us at 1-800-236-9021 immediately for
additional next steps.

Do you do price matches or adjustments?

We are committed to offering you affordable value prices on a daily basis.
We are sorry we do not honor price matches or adjustments for online purchases

Can I combine more than one promotion or coupon in the same order?

We want you to have the best promotions for your order, however not all promotions/coupons
are combinable. Once you have finished adding items to your cart, redeem any additional promotions or coupon codes you have. We will automatically calculate the best price for your order.

My favorite item is sold out, will it come back into stock?
Bellafontes is always on the hunt to bring you a broad choice of new trendy fashions and products.
Not all product items are restocked.  Please give us an email to inquire as to whether or not a product item will be restocked.
